RHS® Pro Action™ SBC 23-Degree Style Raised Runner Cylinder Heads
sbcproaction23rr640.jpg rhsproactionsbc23-degreestyleraisedrunnercylinderheads.pdf
New cylinder head styles from RHS® feature 220cc runner volumes and are available in either “as cast” or P-Port configurations Finding a top performing cylinder head and still staying within the rules of class competition may be one of the biggest challenges engine builders face today. The RHS® Pro Action™ Small Block Chevrolet 23-Degree Style Raised Runner Cylinder Heads incorporating the “as cast” 220cc runner volume were originally designed for circle track competition, but these are also the “winning ticket” for Nostalgia Drags Junior Class B Fuel competition. The RHS® Pro Action™ SBC 23-Degree Style Raised Runner Heads are cast iron heads that have been angle milled from the factory to 21-degrees, which significantly improves the performance potential of the head. This cost saving modification is acceptable by most race sanctioning bodies and allows a two-degree plus or minus valve angle change from the stock Small Block Chevy placement. In addition, these heads are available in P-Port versions, which feature added material in all the critical areas so that customers can port the heads to meet their specific requirements. The RHS® Pro Action™ 23-Degree Style Raised Runner Heads are available in three configurations, including the standard “as cast” version with 220cc intake runner port volumes, raised runner P-Ports with seats and guide holes machined and raised runner P-Ports without machined seats or guide holes. RHS® Offers Premium Valve Train Kits & Components
part_kit640.jpg rhsofferspremiumvalvetrainkitscomponents.pdf
With joint R&D efforts, RHS® & COMP Cams® offer the ideal “one-two punch” of advanced cylinder head technology with premium valve train components Many performance experts will tell you that cylinder heads are only as good as the supporting valve train components matched to them. But what if the cylinder heads and valve train parts were designed together, with each maximizing the horsepower potential of the other? Airflow engineers at RHS® have joined forces with valve train technology leader, COMP Cams®, to discover the optimal cylinder head/valve train combination for each performance application that RHS® serves. By combining R&D efforts, each product innovation from RHS® is designed with an ideal valve train combination to match. In doing so, racers and street enthusiasts alike will be given maximum horsepower and torque for each specific application – tested rigorously through advanced dyno and Spintron® testing techniques in the COMP Performance Group™ R&D center in Memphis, TN. And in addition to the cylinder head assemblies, RHS® now offers a turn-key solution for replacing valve train components via race-proven “Cylinder Head Assembly Kits.” Both the assemblies and kits are available on the RHS® website at www.racingheadservice.com. For more information about the RHS® cylinder head assemblies with premium valve train components from COMP Cams® or any other RHS® product, call us toll free at 1-877-776-4323, or visit us online at www.racingheadservice.com.

RHS™ Pro Torker™ Small Block Chevy Cast Iron Cylinder Heads
12801640.jpg rhsprotorkersmallblockchevycastironcylinderheads.pdf
Four RHS™ cylinder heads are excellent fit for cast iron cylinder head class racing or rebuilders needing high-quality, reliable heads RHS™ has built a reputation for creating high-quality cylinder heads that deliver excellent performance. The new RHS™ Pro Torker™ Small Block Chevy Cast Iron Cylinder Heads build on that reputation with four different configurations to fit any need. These heads are the perfect choice for racers who must use OE-style cast iron heads or the production engine rebuilders looking for great performing cylinder heads with guaranteed reliability. RHS™ Pro Torker™ Small Block Chevy Cast Iron Cylinder Heads are a significant improvement over the OE-style heads with added exhaust face and deck surface to protect against cracking and eliminate heat distortion. The water jackets have been improved to increase water flow for better thermal conductivity and hot spot reduction. Even with all of these improvements, RHS™ Pro Torker™ Heads are machined to strict tolerances and match OE specs for valve angle, intake port size and configuration, as well as combustion chamber design. RHS® Pro Elite™ Small Block Ford CNC-Ported Aluminum Cylinder Heads
35020640.jpg rhsproelitesbfcnc-portedaluminumheads.pdf
RHS® introduces new cylinder heads that give Small Block Ford racers the benefits of professional CNC-porting – straight from the factory Custom machine work and other horsepower-gaining cylinder head modifications can cost racers both time and money, which is why airflow engineers at RHS® decided to address the issue. Designed for Small Block Ford circle track and drag racing applications (289, 302 & 351 Windsor), the new Pro Elite™ 20-Degree Aluminum Heads feature CNC-ported intake and exhaust runners. The 62cc combustion chambers are also CNC-ported to relieve valve shrouding commonly found in “as cast” combustion chambers. To add up to 5 % more flow right out of the box, these Pro Elite™ heads also feature hardened multi-angle intake and radiused exhaust valve seats. And prior to CNC-porting, the heads are built using RHS® exclusive Clean Cast Technology™ to provide smoother port-to-chamber transitions. The thick deck surface allows angle milling and provides increased rigidity to improve head gasket retention in boosted and nitrous applications. In addition to these power-enabling features, the refined water jacket of these heads reduces “hot spots” in both the engine and the cylinder heads themselves. The Pro Elite™ SBF heads offer a choice of two different intake runner sizes – 205cc or 221cc – both with 79cc exhaust runners. The 205cc option comes with 2.055” intake/1.600” exhaust valves, while the 221cc option uses larger 2.080” intake/1.625” exhaust valve diameters. Regardless of which option you choose, the RHS® Pro Elite™ SBF 20-Degree CNC-Ported Aluminum Cylinder Heads are designed from the latest in Ford-specific airflow technology for optimal volume, atomization and velocity, giving you the power advantage at the track. For more information about the RHS® Pro Elite™ SBF 20-Degree CNC-Ported Aluminum Cylinder Heads or any other RHS® product, call us toll-free at 1-877-776-4323, or visit us online at www.racingheadservice.com.
